He was sick of the moans he heard and the "aftermath", it always was a soap opera in his room, once he was done fucking another women would come in and yell at Whats-his-face, blah blah blah...
Hizashi's old roommate, Nemuri Kayama (sorry if that was spelt wrong) left after the several years they dated, she ran off with some dude, leaving Hizashi in the dumps. He couldn't take the loneliness no more so he posted fliers saying he needed a roommate.
