Now with the murders of her foster parents, it's placed Sara in the spotlight and on the radar of some very dangerous people. Child advocate, Dr. Tyrell Rogers has spent years searching for his daughter, but after watching the report of the brutal murders on the news, he's sure he's found her. Tyrell will protect Sara by any means necessary. But even the impending threat of the ISBI doesn't scare him half as much as the mistrust he sees in his child's eyes. Clyde Barton lost her once; he doesn't plan on doing it again. He's spent a decade searching for a girl, using the vast resources of the ISBI at his disposal. Now that he's found Sara Doe, he doesn't plan on losing her again. Can she trust a father she doubts the most in order to survive the night or will she trust a man from her past that she shouldn't?

What could be worse than finding out you're not human? How about finding out that half of your kind, including your father, want to use you or kill you? But that's only half of 16-year-old Mona's dilemma. The remaining half of the Talonian population is looking to Mona to be their savior. Sent to Earth as a newborn, Mona spent her first eleven years believing she was human and the next five trying to fit in with others of her kind. Not an easy task for a normal teenager, but even more so for a powerful telepathic seer who must keep her true identity a secret. Everything seems to be going well until a vision shows her to be the target of an abduction in which someone she loves dies. Chaos ensues as Mona and the guardians tasked to protect her attempt to eliminate the threat before it's too late. Will they succeed? Or will the enemy find a way to get what they want?
