As he closes his eyes, he hears a familiar voice. Is that his girlfriend calling him? He gets up and sees that the world isn't destroyed. With his knowledge of what happened, he prepares for the apocalypse. This is his second chance.

Some still hunger for human flesh. Walking the grey lines between Survivor and Walker and Curado is Teddy de Santos, a Carrier of the virus. Though undoubtedly undead - with half a face to prove it - he has a rare condition: all the powers and strength of a Walker, and all the morals and intelligence of a human.
