In this fanfic Todoroki is trying to deny his feelings for Momo. He thinks if he ignores them and focuses on becoming the number one hero they will go away. To him, love is a set up for heart break... so he shut off all emotions. But with Momo... its different. Momo, tall, pretty, smart. She seems like the whole package. Unfortunately Momo isn't as confident as she comes off. In fact she is struggling with her confidence. She doesn't think she is good enough at anything. The only person who makes her forget all that is Todoroki.

Shoto Todoroki has been a fiery but reasonable kid, never afraid to lash out when someone insults him, aiming to become a true hero, unlike his father, without using his fire side of his Quirk. Momo Yaoyorozu has an amazing Quirk, but is insecure and unsure about herself. She aspired to be an amazing hero but, because of her major insecurities, thinks that dream is not possible. Both had gotten into U.A. based off of the recommendations. Both of them aim for the same thing, but have obstacles blocking their paths. They need someone to help them get past their obstacles. And who better than the two people who have known each other for the last two years at U.A.? I will be uploaded a chapter every week on the Tuesday and Thursday of the week. As the son of Endeavor, the number one hero, Shoto has many expectations on his two shoulders. Momo Yaoyorozu. A friendly mom-like girl who is born within an established family, but lives as a very humble friend. She is heavily respected for her sharpness in assessing combat, battle planning and intelligence. Despite her rich upbringing, Momo is not high-maintenance or even slightly snobbish. Since they sat beside each other in class, Momo had always kept a certain admiration for Shoto and she was always honest about it. Shoto made her insecure, but she had never used her feelings to be envious of him. Shoto on the other hand, holds her quick-thinking, both in combat and supplement classes on a high regard. Momo scores the highest in exams and seems to do well in training. Their relationship is based on respect for each other. Why are these two not together yet?
