Ace Bennet is in a tight bind. He has been the one running his fathers company for the last 5 years, ever since his father got ill. He took a successful business and turned it into the corporate all star it is today. He brought their family from rich to filthy rich. From well-off to billionairs in only 5 short years. All this is more then enough reason for him to have expected to inherrit the company when his father died. However he never imagined his father would put a condition in his will. Ace has 30 days to find himself a wife, and a wife that will stay for a full year. If he can not then his brother-in-law will be the sole owner of the company and everything he has worked for. Katherine is so far beyond broke, she is also in alot of trouble. So much so infact, that she has no where to live and no money in her bank account. Desperate to get away and start over she has been living day to day however she can. When she gets to New York she thought she was going to keep going. She saw a man walk out of a resturant and set bags in his car before starting it and walking to the ATM a few feet away from the car. Not the most rational thing in the word but a car with the keys in it and a big bag of food was to much for her to resist. So what does she do? Ace leans down behind Kat so he is whispering in her ear. "Will you go to jail?" She can feel his hot breath as he moves his lips across the back of her neck to her other ear.
