Lukas has been living in California for almost three years. Moving far from Iowa where he grew up. He's been living in a nice two bedroom apartment with a friend from high school. Along with a good job everything is going great for Lukas. That is until his friend moves out to live with her boyfriend. Lukas is then left to find someone to take the other room in the apartment.

After two weeks of living alone Lukas finally finds the perfect person ready to move in. The only problem is Lukas has a crush on his new roommate Ryan. Knowing he shouldn't get involved with a guy he hardly knows because he will probably get his heart broken again. He forces himself not to like Ryan but the more he tries the harder it is.
