Rigg Lockwood isn't all there, and everyone in District 8 knows this. But that doesn't keep his name from getting selected--along with his twin sister Greer-- as a tribute in the 39th Hunger Games. Without the support of their own district, and the lack of mental and physical capacity compared to that of their rivals, Rigg and Greer are quickly written off as easy kill before they even set foot in the Arena. So how do they make the odds be in their favor? Easy; they redefine the odds. [Based on the Dystopian novel by Suzanne Collins]
