Join the life of on Kisa Onaga, a young female ghoul who tries her best to survive the daily challenges all Ghouls face, but the number one threat she can never forget they face is the CCG. Along the road her life is shared with her best friend Nissho Sato, just a human male that goes on day by day not knowing the truth about his friend, in fact for as long as they've been friends they don't know what either one is doing when they are not together. Will the friendship between the Ghoul and a member of the CCG keep strong or just stay a simple dream?
