The Lone Wanderer is a mystery, a walking enigma. No one even knows his name; or why he is hell bent on helping the wasteland and at the same time, keeping everyone who tries to come close at a distance. Maybe he doesn't even know himself.

This is my first fanfic, so I would love to get feedback on my writing so I can get better. I have always wanted to see this relationship and I haven't seen many fics with it so I thought I should just write my own and thus far it has been really fun; I will probably make this story rather long. Probably going to go past the end of the game and will go pretty far AU( alternate universe) so don't get too comfortable in knowing the direction events will go! ;D Hope you enjoy! Beginning in the year 2043 in the early days after the great blast that sent earth into disarray. The story follows a 19 year old named Clark as he wanders the ashes of what was once his home. He will encounter humans, some more friendly than others and he will also meet the new inhabitants of the wasteland. I haven't written a fanfic story in about nine years. However, I have become a bit frustrated and impatient waiting for a conclusion to this romance and war on The Walking Dead. I have restarted this book. I wanted to make it easier to read and more enjoyable. I hope to make shorter chapters and update frequently. :) In the beginning Sylar has no name. No one cares. Except when a couple shows up looking as out of place as an astronaut in a gold mine or a miner in space whichever one you prefer. This couple comes and shakes things up. Good or Bad has yet to be decided...only someone's bound to get hurt, someone's bound to be broken. The only question is will the wounds heal or fester and kill?

Female Sole Survivor (Y/N) A.K.A 'Charmer's meeting and befriending of the ex-mercenary MacCready in Fallout 4. This is my realistic interpretation of how it would feel, to be the sole survivor trying to find a second chance at living, in the wasteland, based on the events in the game. My imagining of what was said in between missions and how the trust between them formed. Slowish-burn, friends-to-lovers romance, with occasional angst and grief, commonly found in the Wasteland. Both Charmer and MacCready deal with having lost their first loves, due to circumstances beyond their control, yet somehow still manage to fall in love again. Charmer and Robert both face hardships along their journey towards saving their children. Will their newly budded romance be able to withstand the pressure? Or will it prove to be too much for these hardened individuals to take? This story follows and retells quests mostly for timeline and plot purposes. Based heavily on my recent/current playthrough, where I did all of MacCready's companion quests early in the game. Caution Mature Content: violence, death, language, drug-use, mental health issues and descriptive sexual content.
