He was the pack's Omega- nothing surprising there. Even though he came from a long line of warriors, his nature was far too sweet and gentle for the slaughter that came with the job of being a pack fighter. He was given a test like all of the other pups and his result was- you guessed it- omega. So that's the rank/job he was assigned. An omega's job was to keep the peace in the pack, might I add with very little to no respect or gratitude. Again, not surprising, since Kit was the lowest rank possible.
