Carter Aries.  

For as long as she could remember, she's been on the run. 

From what, she doesn't know. But all she does know, is that she can't stay in one place for too long, or else THEY will find her. 

Carter doesn't know who THEY are, but she knows enough to know that she needs to stay away. 

This works out quite well. That is, until she's attacked. Injured, and running out of options, Carter has no choice but to seek refuge in the nearby city of New York.   

Strange things begin to occur, and she finds her way to a secret haven called Camp Halfblood, where she learns that she's a demigod who plays a key term in a series of prophecies.  

But even though she's fifteen, her godly parent still hasn't claimed her. With her dyed black hair, and color-changing eyes, where does she belong?  

Meet Carter Aries. Demigod. And on the run.
