I choose not to start with the traditional way of explaining how beautiful a thing backpacking is.
So I will just shift to the purpose instead. But first, you need to know what college is apart from being an educational business land. It definitely is a long chapter among the contents of the catalog that society lays down for you calling it "your" life: primary to secondary to plus two to college and then to work. That is all. And once you step out of this miserable status quo, society freaks out to you.
But till you aren't freaked out, this is the best thing you can do for yourself. So why?

Students life can't be that simple: it's not all about studying and more about backstage of living. Like people with whom you're hanging out, girls with whom you're dating, clubs and fraternities that you're a member of. Studying solely is not a big deal, but if you'll ad up a lot of crazy hangouts and being not so smart, but confident that you'll be ok and that you'll also do what you need not only with science, but with girlfriends - that's a tough one for a lot of people. Some ruin studying, some hanging outs, some ruining both. But not for everyone. You know there is always bigger fish. Best one, knowing all, cute, kind, handsome guys and pretty girls that living as they want. Good guy isn't he ? Confident ? For sure ! He's one of the best on his course and he's not also good in studying, he's also a semi-professional boxer and driving bike... He's not rich, just from some average family of blue collars. He's one of guys who's got a full scholarship so he's surely gives a damn about studying even thought he's not always full focused on classes - often flying high.

But with their dark history following them at every corner, making new friends can't be on their list. Matter of fact, it isn't an option. Especially when their attitudes are what drive people away rather than in. Not like they're complaining though. When these eight students get paired up for an end of the year assignment, they encounter a lot of drama that will test their relationships to the max. What will happen to them? Can they grow comfortable with each other? Can these troubled teens even be friends in the first place? It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!
