It is in the middle of the 20th century when Andrew Dennis Biersack arives to what he believes to be his last destination before death: the LongBridge Mental Hospital and asylum. A 19 year old boy with ghosts haunting his mind. It comes as a surprise that his caretaker is a good man, a nice psychologist that shows him kindness for the first time in years.

Chrsitan Coma is a rarity amongst psychologists of his time when he gets the dangerous Andy put in his care. Why is part of his record still gone? Who is the dark evil monster he turns into from time to time - is it only a figment of the boy's imagination, or something more? Chrsitan promises himself to take care of the boy. No matter what, he is going to help him. But how far is he willing to go for keep him safe? How far over the line to madness is he willing to go to keep Andy safe from the time's beliefs and from his own mind? Will it be possible to keep him away from certain death in the asylum if Christian can't handle him, or if someone finds out how dangerous he really is?
