Circus Maximus is the famous traveling group of nine young people who have been said to have been to hell and back with the stolen magic of the devil. One day, a complete and unusual stranger drops a daring proposal for the struggling Soleil Regant, an 18 year old girl who no longer has anyone to look after her. This begins the story of Soleil and the mysteries of the members of Circus Maximus which slowly unravel with the time she spends with them.
