For long, the Republic and Empire have held an uneasy Cold War brewing between their factions. Yet when a strange armada enters the system, bringing with it death and destruction from the planet Zakuul, alliances must be forged for the fight against the greater evil. A SIS agent and an Imperial captain find themselves as the first witnesses to the atrocities this new empire brings. They must push aside past prejudices if they plan on saving the galaxy from being left in ruin.
