After the 10 Tails was defeated its power was made into 9 different beasts. You probably all know that, but what you probably didn't know was that there was a large amount of the 10 Tail's chakra was left over even after making the over powered beasts, so they did the only thing they could think of. Right after the child named Naruto had the 9 Tails sealed into him they sealed the left over chakra in a baby. As soon as the child's parents found out the 10 Tailed chakra was sealed in their child that's when they decided to name her Akuma right before throwing her to the orphanage. They have an emotional talk before they decide to team up and kill Pain. When they killed Pain, Jayhaya figured out more about his parents and ancestors. He also found out he has inherited the nine tails and the sharingan from both parents. After that one fight, the rest is history.

As her mother was on her last dying breathe she simply handed her an old notebook she had have for years. It was her dairy and it held all the information about her father and about her. But her mother put a jutsu on the book were s he was only able to turn to the next page once she completes the task her mother gave to her. First Task: Go to her birth place.
