You may have read something like Blackwell's mental hospital in the 1800's. Poor conditions and much more. Seoul's biggest Mental hospital is nothing like that...well except the patients in the Hospital going insane. That will never change. While those individuals go crazy, there are only a few who are mentally insane but knows how to dial it down. Meet Lucas, Mark, Jeno, Haechan, Ten, Hyolyn, Jacqueline, Junghwa, Hyuna, and Jiyoon. They have been in this mental hospital for a while.

One day, they were asked to go on a mission. The teens are asked to go undercover at Seoul International Academy as " Normal" students. Mark, Lucas and Ten are going undercover at the college level in the school. It is a crazy idea. It is for them to more socialized. While undercover, they meet a family consisting of Johnny, ten, winwin, Jungwoo, Renjun , jaemin Jaebum, Carter, Seojun, Mino, and Jeonghoon.

The family develops a romantic interest in them, not knowing that they from a mentally ill hospital. Everything is fine until 11 girls who are all related and has a crush on this family decides to blow their cover and tells everyone they are from the Seoul's mental Hospital.

How will their relationship be now?
