Peter Parker is caught robbing a bank by Iron Man, his childhood hero and idol.
Instead of being thrown to a Supermax facility with all the other superpowered villains in New York, Iron Man takes pity, and instead sends Peter to Stark Academy and places him under house arrest. All while sentencing him to 24,000 hours of "community service" to the people of Queens, New York as reparation for his past deeds.
While at Stark Academy, Peter makes quick friends with roommate Harley Keener, Tony's Stark's personal protege, one Ned Leeds, a supernerd genius engineer, and MJ Watson, one of the brightest legal minds of the century. Together with Harry Osborn, future president of the billionaire company Oscorp, the Genius Quintet of Stark Academy becomes just the thing that the underdogs of New York desperately needs.
Unfortunately, while trying to learn how to be a hero, tap into the talents that Tony Stark sees in him, make his Uncle Ben proud, redeem himself for all things he's done, and take care of his terminally ill Aunt May, Peter will fall under temptation by the seedier side of New York, namely one Wilson Fisk, who'd do just about anything to have his "Spider-Thief" back.

When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression. So what does he do when he meets a cat burglar who gives him bad luck every time he crosses her path. Felicity hardy is a 16 year old cat burglar who just lost her mother and her fathers still in prison. Now she's living with some relatives and going back to school for her junior year of high school she finds the time at night to break into jewelry stores too get the money she needs to pay for her fathers ticket out of the slammer.
