To help my anxiety I often imagine what I hear in different voices that make me laugh.
For example imagine hearing "No one will ever love you" in your own voice in your head, sad right? Now replace that voice with 9 year old on XBox live telling you that. Nice one Johnny, isn't it past your bed time?
