For centuries the angels and demons were enemies, hate pierced their hearts and their souls. But that all changed when the Devil found his queen, his soul mate, his otherhalf. She was a common fallen angel, kicked out by the Lord himself. The Devil was angered that his lover was cast away and declared war, the war lasted a millennium and was only stopped when the God decided to break their number one law and allow the angel and Devil to get married. A peace was called between the species but everything was still divided, walls were put up to separate them, land was claimed and rules were set. With his soul mate the Devil's power grew until he started to become a threat to not only the angels but all other supernaturals as well. The werewolves and vampires deciding to stop the coming war from happening teamed up, they were once sworn enemies too until the Werewolf King and Vampire Queen put aside their differences and join together to kill the Devil. A war did end up happening, during this war the Devils wife was slaughtered and he retracted back to his lair, broken and alone, plotting his revenge.
