His eyes danced on mine. He would be what ruined me. I saw it the second our eyes caught each other in that club. It might of been the mixes of alcohol talking to me that night or the fact, moments before I was being felt up by some stranger who I thought would take my own pain away but when I saw him and he saw me I felt cured for a moment and I hadn't felt that feeling.

"I know what you're doing," I said, pointing my spoon at him and he cocked a curious eyebrow, "Is that so?" I nodded as I spooned more pudding into my mouth and straightened my back, "You're trying to intimidate me, make me spill my secrets. I have none so your psychology-ridden methods won't work on me." "I don't buy it," he grinned mischievously and I shrugged, "There's not a price." He walked towards me and placed his hands on either side of me on the counter, leaning in so almost our noses were touching. I cleared my throat and shook my head, "Elliott, you have to stop." A smile graced his plump lips as humor danced in his eyes, "And why's that?" I wriggled out of his stance and hopped off of the counter, eating another spoonful of the delicious goodness, "I want to see where things go with Dean. He's your brother so why are you doing this?" "Doing what?" He asked, knowingly. He asks so many questions. "That thing you do. That smile. Your touches. The way you look at me, Elliott, please." --------------- Cameron Moore, a troubled girl from a small town in England, flees her dark past and wounds up living in her sister's house in America to attend university. The captain of our soccer team, Xavi Parker, a beautiful, young, athletic boy. The college girls were obsessed over him and his boys. The boys were jealous of him and his position and his golden reputation, but not everyone was impressed by the soccer players. He's handsome, cocky and hot, and he knows it. Xavi Parker is aware, but why would a guy like Xavi Parker fall in love with a girl like me? The moment he told me, my life turned upside down. This boy knew he could get anything, anyone, but he fell for a girl like me. He cared about me in a way I couldn't imagine, a way I never experienced before, a feeling I couldn't accommodate. "Why do you care, Xavi?" He looks up and meets my eyes, not looking away. Xavi told me nothing, but the truth, that was one of the reasons I cared about him. I cared about him in a way I never cared. He does care about me, but can't place this feeling. I wasn't special and I understood it loud and clear. Girls like me aren't used to feelings like this, they aren't used to the feeling of love. It scares me, how long before someone takes this away? How long can he handle me and my dramatic past? He takes a deep breath, and he smiles, "How can I not care about someone like you. You're my sun and darkness, you're my heroin. You're it, Lun."
