So The Vampire Diaries used to be my favorite show but it has gotten terrible in the past few seasons. This picks up from season 4 episode 6, right around the time that the show took a turn for the worst. The story is essentially how I would have written it, though it's not written in TV format. The scene where it picks up is towards the end of the episode; essentially Damon just saved Elena (again) and they are in her room together. She thanks him for saving her, and he in turn admits that Stefan is trying to find the cure fir vampirism for her. My story starts where the scene ends in the show. Yayy let me know what you think

When he gets there, he learns the favor Klaus is asking is to take care of his daughter until the dangers in New Orleans are settled. It takes a little convincing, but Stefan accepts. Will he take great care of Hope? Will he stay in Mystic Falls with Hope? Or will he leave for her safety? If he does leave will he eventually go back to Mystic Falls?
