throughout the story it's mostly PG13,
but there is a few love scenes, I'm rating it explicit.
This is the first Destiel fic I've ever written
(even with the help of my best friend,
it was extremely difficult and
I imagine there's many errors I will not spot.
It's almost completed,
I'll just be proof reading and fixing spelling
errors until we get up to that point.
SUMMARY:
In Summer of 1999, August 20th, A special boy was born on that day to the Novak's.
Castiel grew up healthy, until 5, where his family discovered he had a very rare skin condition and if not taken care of properly, it was fatal. His skin was as delicate as a butterfly, the sun brought on this disease as well as touch, it would tear and bleed, his clothes were the only thing that hid his bandages., but naked, he resembled a mummy. The Novaks lock him away in a sanitarium to insure proper care and his safety. Years and years pass, he never gets to leave, he was hidden from the world and all it's dangers. Cursed at the age of five, doomed to live in the shadows in the east wing.

Dean, the boy of Mary Winchester, who was a nurse. He was a troubled kid, even hung out in a gang and would cause mischief around, soon sneaks into the east wing late one night and comes face to face with the mummified boy, but what little he could see, sparked a curiosity in him. He's seen every patient wonder around here, but never him. This one was different. A boy his age, locked away?

Dean was so much more dangerous than the sun, and Castiel, deemed: a delegate butterfly. Dean visited him and helped Castiel get outside again, they became friends but the two realized as they grew up, it was deeper than just a friendship. This reckless
bad boy with a roughness edge who spent his life, crushing things for fun and the butterfly... were falling in love.
14 year old Castiel Novak was always different. And he payed for it. The bullying seemed endless. Until one day when someone sticks up for him. The new kid, Dean Wichester, just as much of an outsider as Cas. Neither of the two boys had ever had a friend before, and in there lonliness forms an unlikely friendship. A bond that grows stronger over the next two years. A bond that's special and seemingly unbreakable. Until Dean leaves and circumstances cause the two boys to drift apart, despite their undeniable chemistry.
When they're brought together five years later their spark is rekindled. But do both of them have too many demons to keep their flame alight?
