With the prospect of doom from a Daedric prophecy, Talion's family is in danger, his ex-lover offers to help with his Atonement but is keeping secrets from him. The situation goes from bad to worse in flame fueled action with a sprinkle of drama here and there. The Dragonborn defeating Alduin changed the destiny of the world, its only mutual that another force changes his... (Complete! Mature for awesomeness and disembowelment. Deirdre Morningsong returns to Skyrim seeking vengeance on the Nords who murdered her parents, only to be captured by Imperial soldiers who mistake her for a Stormcloak rebel. After escaping both the Imperial dungeons and the destructive return of the dragon Alduin, she resolves to discover what strange power is within her, and what the dragons have to do with it. Follows the main quest lines of the game, weaving them into a story of adventure and romance, with numerous twists on the canon. I'm hoping it's equally enjoyable for those who've played the game and those who haven't. Trigger warnings: rape is mentioned, one is attempted and prevented, but none are completed. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls series of games, copyright by Bethesda Softworks. The image for the book cover is from the game. I've only posted Part I here, but will soon post the rest (four parts total, 62 chapters). I've worked in nonfiction up to now because it's easier for me to describe places and events I can experience first-hand. I'm hoping that writing this fanfic will be a bridge to doing more of my own fiction.

If the Horned King succeeds, he and his army will decimate these worlds and he will rule over them, and he will truly be a God. Can this mysterious hero and his team stop the Horned King and his Army?
