Luca Orsini has just lost his twin sister, Ciana, to cancer and doesn't know what else to do but wallow in his grief and spiral out of control. Junho Baek, best friend to Ciana and a perfect stranger to Luca, thinks he has just the cure-and despite not knowing each other at all, plans to administer it: laughter and letters.

Only, Luca doesn't want a cure and an annoying guy with a penchant for dramatics isn't going to change that.

(Or so he thinks.)
