They get caught in an interdimensional war between every universe, and Russia is their savior, realizing her, and a select few of her friends aren't human, as they are gods and goddesses. Russia being the wingardian, also discovering she is the Princess, soon to be queen, as she possesses the power to shapeshift, and extremely advanced senses. She must now fight to save the world, and herself from the battles she must go through.

New characters are introduced and a chase across Europe from the Ukraine to Paris gets underway, the out of place Soviet teens must develop new allies while being weary of potential enemies. Due to the stabilizing properties of the limited amount of the new element they bring back to Earth, it becomes a highly sought after prize. There is espionage (NSA, KGB), kidnapping and a little romance too.
