Chased by blacklist hunters, Chrollo flees east. Driven to the edge of death, he ends up taking sanctuary in the home of a mysterious woman.
Azuma, a former blacklist hunter, has been secluding herself for years. Looking for something of interest, and knowing she can hardly leave the man bleeding out on the damp forest soil, Azuma ends up housing the young criminal.
