The early branches of Christianity gave birth to far-fetched and incredibly intense cults and sects that would seem crazy by today's standards. Before the Luciferians there were the Orphites and Marcionites, cults that romanticized figures within the Bible and even warped the text to match their own warped beliefs. These poems are inspired by these groups.
