In the dark, down period of the six months after Eddie is fired, dumped and blacklisted, he comes across a lesser known journalist and reaches out in hopes of finding some work to focus on. He finds Candace Miller, an ambitious and kind import to San Francisco from the mid-west who wants to help people and be taken seriously. With their many similarities in their work, they find themselves very compatible with her level-headedness and his inclination to admire a strong woman. But sadly (Y/n) had to move away from her home to another country when she was teenager because of her father's job has a military commander, Eddie was heartbroken that his best friend had to move away. This stunt caused Eddie and Anne to be fired from their jobs and their relationship to end, but after six months Eddie was having a hard time, finding a new job and is living in a poor apartment. What he didn't expect is a unexpected guest that turn out to be his old best friend, (Y/n) that came to San Francisco for a new job that she was hired in but more importantly to visit Eddie after many years of them not seeing each other and he was overjoyed to have the person, he still love and cared be back in his life. But (Y/n) didn't know is that her life will change when she meets Eddie and join him to break into life foundation to expose drake of using homeless people to bond with these symbiote that he brought from space. Not only is Eddie attracted to her, but some certain symbiote were even attracted to (Y/n) as well for some reason and want her.
