Nelson becomes a soldier and fights for the state. He is nearly killed in the war but he has luckily escaped. Captain Ryu requests the veteran to work for him. Nelson agrees and starts his job as a spy. He meets somebody whom he should theoretically arrest because of her crime, but this lady is so important to him that he starts to forget his role. Will he arrest her in the end?

Yet, coming face-to-face opens another pandora's box of criminals that can potentially leave the twins permanently estranged if they do not go deeply undercover to weed out the most inhumane psychos who tore their family apart.
