The village's crazy person tells all kind of stories. Stories about magical creatures, curses and magic. All the kids in the village love those, every Friday when the sun starts to set they gather around the fire to listen to his stories.
"Every 20 years on halloween eve a lullaby will be played by the witch of the enchanted forest. This lullaby can only be heard by the unlucky children. Those who hear it will follow the sound till they reach a small village. There the children will be taken in by the witch. She will give them a happy life till they're 18 then the children would misteriously disappear, maybe she uses them in her potions, maybe she eats them. Who knows what she does to them? This year the witch will hunt for new victims. So close your windows, lock your doors. Maybe she will come for you this time?"
The children would run to their parents as they were scared. They would shush them and say it isn't true. But some people are too afraid to accept the truth.
