One day Layla introduces Lucy to Takashi Lockser, Layla's fiance. Takashi has a daughter named Juvia Lockser. Juvia is 17 like Lucy. 
   Juvia and Lucy are soon to be Stepsisters, but Juvia loves Lucy more than just a sister.
