Lance is fed up. In all his years, he has only known life inside the Castle of Lions. As he described it, a prison cell disguised as an extravagant home for the royal. He longs to get away, but his newly crowned sister, Allura, won't have it. So, against her younger brother's wishes, she hires a bodyguard to keep him 'safe' inside the castle. But, the new guard turns out to be... odd. Not quite Altean, not quite Galran. Compared to Lance and the rest of the empire, one could say Keith has many strange differences. *** "So..." Lance verbally abused him and Pidge is forced into the torture but she tried to resist but always joins in. Hunk and coran usually try and stop it but to no prevail. Keith get captured by the galra prince. He soon gains his trust and starts to feel safe with him. They are his new family.

**First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now. When the mission is near Earth, Lance gets extremely homesick. Maybe, they end up taking a visit... Start: February 23, 2017 End: March 15, 2017
