This is basically Will and Nico meeting. The story takes place after the second Titan War, but Nico and Will dont know each other. In the beginning - maybe two chapters - Nico is attending New Rome High, and Will is learning in Camp Half Blood. The Giant War happens, and the soon-to-be-couple meets.
Months have passed since the war now. Nico served his time in the infirmary and started to block everybody out again. He returned to the outside world and is now attending the Brooklyn Academy of the Gifted. Will Solace is finally released from camp and sent to the school, not knowing that his former crush also goes there.

And what happens when Nico realises Will may be a sunshine but even the Sun can't always be bright and happy? Oh and not to mention the growing crush the boys have on each other. After a wild party on the last day of Junior year, Will Solace may have...accidentally...got way caught up in the alcohol. He may even had hooked up with someone who, in a million years, he would never hook up with. Especially when it risked revealing his sexuality he had been repressing for years. Although, he doesn't entirely remember it, and neither does Nico di Angelo-the annoying know-it-all who always seemed to be more focused on studying than partying. In fact, he didn't even want to go to the party, he was dragged to the place by his step-sister, and he's never been more annoyed by a jock than he has with Will. Plus, he's in love with the hopelessly beautiful Percy Jackson. The two would definitely prefer to go their separate ways-except for the fact that they both ended up at the same summer internship fighting for the same position. With Nico di Angelo as Will Solace's prisoner for three days in the infirmary, Nico has to quickly adjust to all the attention he gets from Will, along with the rest of the camp. Nico has to deal with other people's problems, especially when he doesn't want to. He has to quickly learn how to build relationships with other campers from the ground up, and even though Nico is banned from using his 'Underworldy' powers, he's still a demigod, and danger and adventure are always at his heels, even at camp! Will has never introduced Nico to his family due to his family being incredibly biased towards monsters, in particular Vampires. But now they've been dating for over a year and half, and due to unfortunate circumstances, Nico even lives with the Solaces. Will can't keep these parts of his life separate so he decides that they'll be able to hide Nicos vampireism from his family so that way they can all meet. or: Nico is a vampire and Wills family hates monsters. He brings Nico to meet his family anyways so they have to hide the fact that Nico is a vampire from them. Shit hits the rocks as expected.
