His eyes widened when he realized who he was looking at right in front of him. Right after the shock registered another emotion I couldn't quite decipher. I couldn't hear anything going on around me. It was like everything slowed down, and all I could hear was my heart beating loud and rapidly in my chest. Suddenly, I was pulled into his hard chest so tight I couldn't see or smell anything but him. Oh Lord, I forgot how much I liked his smell always so masculine. The last thing I heard was his husky voice say, "Tesoro mio..."before I felt a small pinch and was met with immediate darkness.
