Esta basado en 5 estapas de mi vida: 
1. Destrucción - que habla a través de la depresión y baja autoestima.
2. Herida - que habla del amor cuando no estas bien.
3. Reconstrucción - que habla de como me di cuenta de lo que estaba mal y quise cambiar.
4. Reflexión - que habla de como superé una ruptura dolorosa y me conocí a mi misma.
5. Revolución - que habla de como adquirí valores y ganas de luchar.

No todo es real, hablo de temas personales propios o cercanos, es decir, algunos vividos otros imaginados. No es un libro que espero que triunfe, solo comparto parte de mi experiencia y espero que si alguien se siente identificada/do lo ayude o al menos sepa que no esta sola/lo y que puede superarlo.

Son textos que escribí con el corazón, y no son perfectos, pero son sinceros a como me sentía y lo que vivía.
