Reflections of Golden Light
π« What if you woke up inside the body of a guardian of light... whose soul isn't entirely yours? Dream Sans was supposed to be the eternal protector of positivity, the last hope against his corrupted brother, Nightmare. But after centuries of imprisonment, something went wrong. When he finally awakens, his body isn't his alone anymore. An ordinary soul from another world has accidentally possessed him. Confused and overwhelmed by strange powers-healing, empathy, teleportation-they must navigate a realm where every smile hides a wound, and every shadow whispers temptation. As allies and enemies clash-Ink, CORE!Frisk, Neil, and even Lanny, the reluctant mentor-the possessed Dream must decide: Will they embrace their borrowed light, or give in to the sorrow that has consumed Nightmare? βοΈ In this path of neutrality, the line between good and evil blurs. A Miscalculation In Space
He knows he'll be dooming them if he falls, but he's tired, his body is breaking apart, held together on a higher being's whim only. He wonders if there'll be another to replace him. He wonders if there will be none. It's rather silly, really, since he won't even be around to witness that. The crowd, the rage and bloodthirst palpable in the air will ensure that. If he does not fall on his own, others will force him to. Or, in other words, the typical start of Error being forced to jump into the Void one way or another, in this case into the NaJ universe! The cover art belongs to irodimmatcha on deviantart(will take down if the artist asks me to)! Updates will be highly inconsistent. Edit: Now cross posted on Ao3 under the same username!
