Emma is 15 when she thought everything was looking up, she met the 'perfect boy' Connor, who made her feel beautiful. He made her laugh so hard she cried, listened to her worries, her fear & her family issues. He always had advice to help her through whatever had happened.
Before she knew it, she had fallen head over heels for this boy, but he didn't fall for her.
*********************
Everything was not as it seemed for Emma, to the outside world Emma and Connor seemed like the perfect teenage couple, they laughed, they joked, always so full of joy that it was contagious. Everyone around them believed the lie. Her parents believed the lie. Their teachers believed the lie.
Emma was trapped, she had no one.
