Kenta is a gifted student that is moving fast up the ranks. She just got promoted to train with the Webbs ( the final group training program.)

Assinator is afraid that later in the future, the U.S. will start making robots. Assinator predicts that America will make robots replace humans. He wants to prevent that by becoming president. This story takes place in 2080.
