Meant Alone

Ellie Manixa is a 19 year old girl, fresh out of high school. She is super sweet and so innocent contrary to her father being one of the biggest gangs around. Her life was so recently flipped upside down when her dad married Alina and along with her came her two obnoxious sons. Her father has tried to keep mostly everything to do with his gang from her but he slips up here and there and Ellie is pulling pieces together.

Xander is his father's best assassin and is thirsty for blood. His sister Leah, has been kept away from all things gang related until recently when she wants more involvement. Her dad denies her a case and she is furious.

The infamous Civilization Ball is upcoming and it's one of the few times a year the gang alliances come together to discuss the upcoming year and mingle. Elle meets Leah and Leah tells her her plan to prove to her dad she can complete a mission she was unassigned. When Leah turns up missing, Xander and Ellie have to work together to find her.

"It's a gang Lizzie, what did you think your father did to give you that diamond necklace around your neck?" Alex screamed across the parking lot.

"I couldn't-" i let a tear fall. "I can't believe you could ever do that to someone. That's a human being." i scream right back as i reach my car.

"Come on Liz, you're over reacting. These human beings try to kill us" he rebutted.

I shook my head and frowned. "I pray you never take another breath without remembering the breaths you e taken away" as i open my car door and drive off.
