What do you do when the thing your most scared of is yourself?
That's the very question James Buchanan Barnes asks himself on a daily basis after the events of The Winter Soldier. Having joined a gang in the darkest depths of Brooklyn he believes that this is how he will live his life from now on. But a certain Steve Rogers has very different ideas as he is nearly robbed by the very gang his former friend had sought protection in.
What will the assassin in the soldier's mind make of all this when Bucky finds himself falling for the man once again?
Oh and Sharon Carter she's there too. That's right it's gonna get angsty
