She is suddenly thrust into the unlikely role of savior, with the lives of the lower class hanging in the balance.

The first person who read this described it as The girl with the Dragon Tattoo meets Divergent. Indigo is not only an unlikely hero, but she has to battle her own demons, including the loss of her parents and her own promiscuity. Contains violence, language, implied sex, and: **rape trigger** (one discussion, and two attempted). If you like stories where the unlikeliest of people can make a difference, then this might be for you.
