Pria is a fighter-in-training for the resistance against the empire.  After years of being held back by injuries and illness, Pria finally has her chance to shine as the skilled Moon warrior that she is. That is, until an attack on their training grounds threatens to turn her into a martyr. A red-clad stranger runs to her aid. His robes are the color of the Magi. But that cannot be so, because the Magi are not real . . . Are they? And in a world where every man and woman wears their hair long, his shaved head is blasphemous. While Pria doubts the existence of Magi at all, she is unable to deny him any longer when he uses a strange red glow to revive her.  

The result of her resurrection? 
Pria is now believed to be the second-to-last living Magi in the world. 

The cost? 
Half of his soul. 

With their lives now bound to one another, Pria finds herself wondering who she can trust, and more importantly, whether or not her newfound position in this war is a blessing . . . or a curse.

Gifted with the Elemental Spirits, they established four Great Kingdoms, Phoenicia, Marinea, Subterranea and Windia. Unknown to them however, there was a fifth magi of Darkness, Lord Darkmanner who sought to control destiny and rule over the elemental spirits. Lord Darkmanner waged war against the other Magi for a century. After the century passed, the Five Point Star appeared again ushering in a new Magi, Gideon, the Magi of Light who defeated and sealed Darkmanner. The story begins from here...

Magus, a popular magician takes a break during one of his many performances using real magic, but gets ambushed by a gang only looking for money. They proceed to shoot him in the face so many times that there is an entire gaping hole left in it. With the little bit of magic he had left, he put all his life force into his hat and fused it together with his body, adding a pair of eyes. He soon would get up and try to go into a store for glasses due to his poor vision with eyes made of 1% of his magic. He didn't realize he wandered into an abandoned Costco, in which the gang was using as a secret base of operations. Stuck, he decides on the only thing he could do, and that he wanted to do. Get revenge. (This is an official rerelease by the original author of this story, me, on my own personal account instead of the shared one with my friend. Most of it is unaltered, but a bonus chapter that was supposed to tie into another project that never really happened has been removed and some stuff has been slightly tweaked. I made this way back when I was just a young teen, so my writing has improved much since but I hope you enjoy it anyways.)
