Neverland is place where all fun and games, where is carefree and where no one grows up. Most of the time is not how we look that grows up is usually how our attitude has change because of growing up.
Peter Pan love the idea of no change. Where everything stays the same. Lost boys continue supporting him, Tinkerbell not leaving his side, many of the people there trust him and Captain Hook being his enemy with keeping his distance away from him. However what if one day one thing starts to change, he realise he will always be nearby Captain Hook because of something he wants to see more frequently. Peter didn't care but continue wanting to see that thing or someone more.
Would it change anything other than that?

An Awfully Big Adventure
The old Captain Hook is tired. Harry comes along, near death, having become horribly lost and been abandoned by his crew. Hook helps him, but informs him that it is now his job to become the next Captain Hook. Oh yes ̶ and he almost forgets to mention the persistent boy who is the ringleader of the Lost Boys. He explains the 'rules': that Harry (as the new Captain Hook) has to continue the everlasting feud with Peter Pan. Although there have been a long line of similar looking Hooks, Harry apparently doesn't look quite similar enough, and Pan notices.
