Wilfred owns a pharmacy in Boston and learns he has been selling supplies to drug dealers to make illegal drugs. Wilfred confronts the dealers and that is when they kidnap him and force him to have supplies sent to them. Wilfred is reported missing and his whereabouts are solved. The Boston Police Department hires four of its American officers and five other officers from around the world to make their way from Massachusetts to Florida to retrieve Wilfred. The officers are also ordered to take Wilfred's daughter Susan, along on the trip. The trip takes a turn as more conflicts arise and the past makes its way into the present, and each and every individual discovers something about themself.
