Maru Ullia Illiay, or better known as "MysticalMaru" has had a dark and mysterious past that she keeps hidden from the fans of her gaming channel. Maru is preparing to leave for PAX when she gets a call from her buddy, Serenity Kay Harris, otherwise known as "SerenityInk" saying that she had signed them up to play a new release, but also booked a hotel for her and Serenity, Serenity's best friend Mark "Markiplier," and Sean (Jack) "JackSepticEye."  After being disconnected from her friends for so long, she rediscovers what friendship is, and almost forgets about all of her worries. But what happens when her past is told, and she has nowhere to run from it? What happens to Serenity as her doubts and fears begin to take control? And what happens when the game they are playing, becomes no less than a nightmare in which they're trapped inside? Sometimes I even wish I knew what it was like for people who have gone through these types of situations, just for a day. Because I've never been beaten up, my mom doesn't drink, or anything bad that happens to your character in this book, and I just wanted to write a story where the main character had a not-so-good-life like Anti, and they fall in love.
