Once he got back to moving and training, Pain killed another mentor of Jayhaya...Kakashi. After Kakashi's death, Jayhaya came to the hidden leaf village quick as he could. He met Naruto doing this. They have an emotional talk before they decide to team up and kill Pain. When they killed Pain, Jayhaya figured out more about his parents and ancestors. When Minato learns that Naruto was the sole perpetrator of an attempted fratricide incident during a crucial mission in Iwa, he is forced to confront the issue.
