There is unrest and distrust between races in the world of Lanaria, though it has been this way for as long as anyone can remember. The Frost-backs, Scourge, Scorched, Venatai and Humans had never trusted each other. They've always relied on fragile alliances and treaties to keep the world together. Now they must learn to join as one to stop a mysterious and ancient being. The being is know only as "The Ancient One", it has been brought back to the world of Lanaria through forces unknown. The four heroes have been cast out by their people for reasons they keep well hidden. They must now listen to the Gods and follow their destiny. They must unite themselves as well as the world, they are all that is left.
