In a world where people have mutated abilities on a supernatural level or "Superpowers", a group of three laws called "The Executive Titans Laws" would try to help those with these powers and those without. But like Abraham Lincoln once said: "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." Our story follows James White, or secretly known as Z3U2 a vigilant hero who tries to figure out who he is while fightning battles along the way.
