I stumbled back a little then looked up wide eyed at the person I had just run into. He was tall about half a foot taller than me, his hair was a dull blond and shaggy it fell right above his eyebrows, and vibrant green eyes that looked about as stunned as I felt. He then smiled and said, "sorry, I didn't see you there." he chuckled as if laughing at something I didn't understand. I quickly opened my book and wrote down:
Sorry I ran into you, I wasn't paying attention.
I held it up for him to read but instead of saying it was alright he actually didn't say anything at all. It was as if he didn't even notice that I was holding a notebook infront of him. Then I noticed that he seemed to be staring at nothing in particular, staring aimlessly, in the general direction of where I hit him, I looked down and saw a white staff in his hand.
He's blind.
Oh, now him laughing when he said he didn't see me makes sense, he can't.
Well this is perfect, I can only write down my apology and he can't even see it! This is the worst situation I could be in right now. A man that can't speek trying to apologise to a man that can't see.
This is about a boy named Angelo that can't speek and a boy named Ernest who can't see. And how they lern to communicate without speeking. The obsticals they have to over come and the things they have to deal with.
